About Us

The Fishpool Street Residents' Association , founded in 1984, pursues its aims of

"maintaining and improving the quality of life in Fishpool Street"

with purpose and energy.

The Association welcomes your support and invites you to join or continue your support.

What are the Association's objectives?

The FSRA sets out to...

• Foster a sense of community
• Inform residents of relevant issues
• Liaise with Council and other official bodies, making appropriate representations over matters likely to affect the street and its residents
• Liaise with other residents' associations and similar bodies
• Support the Neighbourhood Watch Scheme

How does the FSRA work?

• All households are invited to join.
• The Association is governed by a constitution with elected officials and the Committee report to the Association at an AGM.
• All households, whether subscribers or not, are informed and consulted by a regular newsletter.
• All receive relevant Neighbourhood Watch information from the Street Coordinators.
• All members are invited to the Association's social events.

The Committee

The Committee of the Association meets every month or so and the Association AGM is usually held in May, to which all members are invited. The minutes from the most recent AGM can be read here
